Interview with Quinn Cook

1. Quinn, you are uncommitted and wanted by many high major universities. What are your top colleges right now?

Kentucky, Kansas, UMD, Georgetown, Baylor, Florida St, North Carolina, Arizona, Washington and some more.


2. You're from Maryland is there any favoritism towards colleges near where you live?

No not really. I want to go where best for me.


3. What do you specifically like about each of the schools you are considering?

All of the coaches.

4. Do you see yourself as a one and done player in college? Would a school with a quit exit with players like Kentucky appeal to you?

I mean I will stay in college for how long i need. I want to be ready.


5. Is there a time table for your college decision?

There is no timetable for a decision.


6. You played for the Under 16 USA Basketball team last summer. How was the experience and who did you feel was the biggest competition in regards to different countries?

It was an honor playing with those guyts and representing your country.


7. Who was the leader of the Under 16 USA Basketball team and who were the normal starting 5?

James McAdoo, Adonis Thomas and I were named captains. I was the PG, Brad Beal was the 2, Adonis was the 3, James was the 4 and Johhny O'Bryant was the 5.


8. What do you feel you need to improve on in your game?

EVERYTHING


9. What player in the NBA do you compare yourself to and why?

Chris Paul


10. Who do you feel is the best player in the class of 2011? Who is the best point guard in your opinion?

Mike Gilchrist..and Tony Wroten or Marques Teague


11. Finally, what do you hope to accomplish this year? What are your goals that you want to accomplish before you head to college?

Win a National Championship
